Memory Lane...the tag that gets everyone involved.
I got this from my sister Audra's blog. I hope you will play along. Here are the directions:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

"Hurry yady"
"Oooooooh nooooooo!"
And all the times you came to visit me for spring break. Good memories!!!
I remember coming on the story you wrote when you were about 4 years old. You had sounded out each word and written a darling story about a duck, I think. It was before you could read, but you knew the alphabet, and away you went! I was sooooo impressed!
I have so many memories of you, but the first one that comes to mind was at your bridal shower. You were so happy and it was so fun to see you that way! You are so cute!
I remember you were a speedy little girl.
You looked stunning on your graduation day.
I was just a little girl myself, but I remember looking down at you with a binky in your mouth and thinking, "I wonder what Abbi will be like."
I remember wanting to hold you at the hospital when you were born and I kept asking, "What is her name again?" I'd get sick of you and then push you off my lap. But then within minutes, I'd want to hold you again. I did that over and over.
I remember how impressed I was each time you had me read one of your essays for school. And I remember when I tried to help you with one of your papers, after I had made a suggestion, you politely told me no, that's not really what you wanted to say. I realized you were over my head when it came to writing!!
I remember when you beat the unbeaten Snohomish girl at tennis, and when you beat the unbeaten Northville girl at tennis. You did it with your skill and your incredible strong will. GO ABBI!!
I remember how diligent you were to attend Adam and Audra's basketball games and take stats for them. What a wonderful sister!
Abbi
I remember always loving to hold you and play with you because you were the youngest cousin... and then one day you just grew up and were always so mature!!
I remember how adoring you have always been to little babies and children. You love to care for them and are a natural!
You are such a sweetheart Abbi and I love you tons!
HAHA... Abbi, I totally remember doing that poster kiss too!! Wow, that is so funny. :)
The things we remember huh?
I remember when you opened the gift I gave you for your bridal shower and you were so giddy and excited. I totally can picture the look on your face! :)
i remember reading some INCREDIBLE journal entries of yours from the prep course.
i remember all of the beautiful and insightful comments you would make in class.
i remember when you first started dating chad and we had a get-together at amy's house-- you came straight from playing tennis with chad and we sat on the couch and you told me about him and i could tell how much you cared about him. i remember threatening you that you could NOT get too serious with him before Romania because i didn't want you dropping out of the program to stay home and be with him :). it's so fun to see how things have worked out for you two!
I remember when I first met you at the Howe Reunion when we were really young and we hit it off as friends right away.
Then after that we were pen pals for a long time and I always thought that you were the neatest girl. I still do.
Little did I know that you would be marrying my BROTHER. I'm glad. Wish I would have initiated it earlier...but that's ok. Love you!
This is funny...because I just found this on my sister's blog and put it on mine. Hmm...a memory with Abbi. Let me think.
We were new friends..you had just moved to Michigan...and I was staying the night at your house. And we got in a fight because I thought you should cut your hair really short and you kept telling me you didn't want to. How random the things people will fight over.
Abbi, I remember first meeting you at your wedding reception in Ephraim. You remind me of Aubrey Hepburn. I loved hearing all the stories about you and Chad and some of them even made me cry... It was fun too getting to know you a little bit better when you came and stayed with us...I'm so glad we got to know eachother better I hope you guys will stay again! You are one classy gal!
